Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping Information

  • Processing Time
    Printing can take 3 to 7 business days, at which point an order is shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

  • Packaging
    Prints and photo cards are protected by acid-free plastic wrap and shipped with a cardboard liner inside a cardboard envelope.
  • Shipping Methods & Rates
    We ship via Canada Post. Standard shipping within Canada and to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days. International delivery times will vary depending on destination and customs.

    Standard shipping in Canada and the United States is free. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Tracking
    Standard shipping does not include tracking. If you would like a tracked option, you may select it at checkout for an additional fee.

  • Customs & Duties
    For orders shipped outside of Canada, please note that import duties, taxes, or other fees may be charged by your local customs office. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Returns & Exchanges

  • Prints & Photo Products
    Due to the custom nature of photography prints and products, all sales are final. I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been processed.

  • Damaged or Defective Items
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will be happy to provide a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Lost Packages
    If a package is lost in transit, please contact us. While we are not responsible for packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
